Change of subject..... Does anybody know the best way to remove the sticky residue left on tins, when removing labels? A daft question I know, but I've tried all sorts, including very hot water inside the tin, also acetone varnish remover as well as white spirits but to no avail. I want to paint and decorate these containers but cannot until I've removed the stickiness. I don't really want to use emery cloth if I can help it. Any sensible suggestions would be most helpful and gratefully recieved. Ta very muchly.

Did anyone see ‘Intruder: He’s Watching You from Within’ on Channel 5 on Monday night, 8th April? Stags - A 1-0 win at Field Mill last night against bottom club Forest Green Rovers. It would have been many more except for the efforts of Forest Green's 'keeper Vicente Reyes who made some fine saves. It looks like Stags 'keeper was only really troubled twice during the game. The win puts them back into the automatic promotion spots in third place, three points behind Wrexham and two ahead of MK Dons with a game in hand over both clubs. Home against 4th placed MK Dons on 13th of April. For anyone that cares this is the first of my predictions and has proved to be correct.
