A perfect description, I visited on Saturday.

Not too clever at English myself, but the younger generation where I work state that everything is 'Mega' or if I say sorry for instance they say 'no worries'. Drives me bonkers!

Really, maybe I should be a bit more politically correct and say he wasn't quite as successful as the others, as seen through many fans eyes! -

Yes they were all good for Forest but seem to remember a crap one named Alex Ingram! -
Remember it well, hoping to do the one in Penzance next weekend.

I have a reasonable knowledge of their records, sounds like your Revolver is American, the Sgt P could be German or Japanese and the White album has a low number if its in the two thousands which again is valuable.

My Beatles & Stones, probably a bootleg but a nice to have!

Nice LP's there Ian, both on the american Vee-Jay label and valuable! I've got a Beatles v The Rolling Stones LP.

I too, am waiting for the last volume in this excellent series. Does anyone know of the current state of health of the author?

I agree with you Jill! I lived on the Flats from 1968 to 1976 and my family were connected with the area from the 1920's. I loved living there but when I travel down Radford Road now, which is extremely infrequent I despair. It appears that it is now generally inhabited by migrants, who have no sense of the history of the area and the country. When I saw the Olympic Torch pass through the Green I was dismayed at the lack of crowds attending on that particular day.
