benjamin1945 16,257 Posted April 22, 2018 Report Share Posted April 22, 2018 Enjoyed my work today.........often mention i need an ''edge to it''.........well for the first 8 hrs everything normal and a bit boring to be honest,, then it kicked in,, surrounded by 5 cretins threatening to punch my lights out,,..........they took swings at me and missed........all ended well for me,,got them off the site,,with no injury,, felt good after........that'll teach 12 year olds not to mess with 'oldies''...............LOL 3 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Another one mi mam used to sing to us. I bet it sounds like the deepest jungle round your way, when that lot start singing LL. I have only heard a Woodpecker a few times and one of those was on a tree in our back garden. She used to sing all the pop songs of the day and listen to Donald Peers (spelling) on the radio. I'm not muscling in. I'm just a natural for it.. You should hear me sing Hound Dog. I've been watching from a distance... Our old agent Les was apparently last seen flogging prams in Boowul Market... so I'm not sure I can easily plug the Choir into mainstream Rock and Roll now.. As. I remember all the ladies used to swoon over him, like they do our Ben. They'd all scream. DONALD!! Long before the days of screaming for the Beatles. His theme song was 'By a Babblingg Brook.' Whatever anyone's feelings may be about the monarchy, I still think a new baby is a wonderful miracle. I hope that he will grow up to be a force for good in the world, along with his brother and sister, whatever paths in life they may choose.
