The Shopping Centre (as opposed to the Market) seems to be just about managing to survive. When the Market has gone, I suspect the rest will follow not long after. The whole situation is like Broad Marsh Centre around 15 years ago. And look how that ended up.

It's a pretty impressive place. Words like 'Light' and 'Airy' spring to mind. Absolutely none of your stuffy, dark corners in old buildings. And more computers and other tech than in several branches of Currys.

I think my footprint is fairly low/small. One car, which is 1.3 petrol. Not much long-distance travel by any other means. One average-sized property. And I’m not a Bitcoin Miner.
