Getting back into geneology and trying to sort out my deceased parents' huge collection of photos and memorabilia.

The cottages you refer to Vine Street, Gate Street & Leivers Street were built in 1874 to house miners at Wollaton Colliery.
Both my mothers parents were born on Gate Street in 1887,

Hi from Oz my old stomping grounds as a kid were Radford and Lenton Recs, the Castle and Wollaton Park. I was born on Lawrence St Radford no longer in existence.
