PeverilPeril 3,281
Cod liver oil is very expensive here in France. Friends asked me yesterday to bring a supply back from UK on next trip. My youngest grandson has taken a spoon full every day and still does aged 18, when most kids give up as soon as they can get away with.

MelissaJKelly 2,121
I used to take cod liver oil supplements for my skin. Worked wonders but slowly stopped using them. Only got the ones from Wilko but would highly recommend them!
banjo48 928
I take a high dose fish oil for my arthritis, used to take Krill oil too but it became a bit of a pretentious issue down here because of it's sustainability in the antarctic. My wife cooks her regular breakfast omlettes in olive oil, but I hate the smell of it when heated, I use rice bran oil now as it's supposed to be one of the best for you.
