  3. Yes its wind and hail here too, its stopped play today I suppose its housework today. I have just taken my weeks blood pressure readings into the doctors, hope she is now happy with me and no further tablets. I am on 3 different ones a day now, I have told her that its the stress of living at home but she wont believe me. PS I called in Greggs for a bacon baguette and a coffee to take home and sat in front of the fire with them.

  5. Don't forget those little shoots that appear between the main stem and a leaf stem can be used, let them grow to about two inches, instead of nipping them out and throwing them, cut them off and put them in some water after a couple of weeks they will have roots on them ready for planting in the pots/ growbags or whatever you use, they will grow into healthy plants at no extra cost Rog

  9. I've always said that I should have been a hibernatory creature. I think it stems from the fact that, being born at the end of November, the weather was so bad that I didn't go out in my pram for two months, according to my mother. Spent all that time snuggled up in my Moses basket and clearly acquired a taste for it!

  10. When hedgehogs hibernate, apparently their brain remains dormant so they wake up thinking they are in the same place they were when they went to sleep. I think it’s a great idea, I would quite happily hibernate in my duvet over winter.

  24. Great work plantfit. I liked the Atlantean better in the Trent livery. Although I grew up with it the NCT green always looked drab, especially when dirty in the winter.

  29. Really. Wetting myself! Pathetic. I perhaps don’t mention Tory scandal as you do that very well without my input and let’s face it, they’re a pretty easy target . I just try to point out that you hatred for anything with a hint of blue is always vilified and not always correctly. Angela Raynor, non story or not was widely reported and as I said, had it been a Tory involved you would have, without doubt mentioned it. I don’t think I misreport what you post. It’s just left, left, left and left with a bit more left. I see little centre and rarely if ever a critisism of the left.
